Feedmill Production Manager

  Experience required:

·          Strong leadership ability. 

·          Sunflower & cottonseed expelling

·          Production low/full fat extrusion

·          Rice milling

·          Bulk & pellet feed production

·          Solvent extraction

·          5 - 10 Years experience and a recognised qualification

·          Technical & Mechanical knowledge of equipment

·          A good understanding of nutrition if not qualified in this field.

          Responsible for production, quality, logistics, and safety in integrated milling operation.

 

Grain Operations Manager

           Responsibilities:

·          Grain handling, co-ordinate receiving, sampling and grading.

·          Maintain grain quality and quantity.

·          Grain trading (Local & Regional exports)

·          Import and procurement of raw materials.

·          Supplier negotiations.

·          Negotiate and manage supply chain logistics.

·          Maintaining property, facilities and equipment.

            Requirement :

·          5 – 10 Years experience in grain commodity trading.

·          A completed degree required.

 

Group Audit Manager

You will lead the audit function for the company and ensure thorough assessment of business processes and controls.   Implementation of relevant system/process changes, with the aim of enhancing the overall robustness of the organization and minimizing business risks.

Skills required:                                                          

·          CA/CIMA qualification.

·          10 years previous experience, 5 years in agricultural production environment.

Responsibility:

·          Planning of internal audits

·          Managing year-end and external audit function.

·          Reviewing systems to ensure compliance.

·          Management of stock movement and production stock verification.

 

Maintenance Manager

Poultry Operations require maintenance manager.

Requirement :

·          3 + years in field of building, general poultry, including refrigeration

·          Ability to operate various types of farm equipment.

·          Ability to train, direct, co-ordinate staff

·          Ability to exercise technical independence in determining work methods and actions.

·          Participates in the development o construction projects in proposed building and renovations in existing facilities

·          Recognised qualification

 

Financial Manager (Poultry Division)

Skills required:

·          A completed honors degree in Accounting or Finance.

·          10 years previous experience, 5 years in agricultural production environment, pref poultry industry.

·          Hands-on exposure to an accounting package especially in effecting period closing entries, for various financial periods, such as month-ends, quarter-ends and full year-ends.

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Strong financial skills and highly numerate

·          Good strategic planning and prioritization skills

·          Significant management experience and well-developed leadership skills

Responsibility:

·          Overall functional accountability for statutory compliance with all the pertinent statutory bodies on financial matters.

·          Compliance with financial reporting and disclosure requirements.

·          Analysis and interpretation of the group’s financial results.

·          Preparation and submission of the Companies financial packs on monthly, quarterly and other periodic intervals as required.

·          Budgetary control and ensuring that all expenditure of an operational nature is duly authorized.

·          Lead finance team and the payroll function.

·          Implementing and improving internal control and efficiencies in the department.

·          Income tax management including Provisional payments and returns.
